Court rules Nigerians can record police officers on stop-and-search operations
A federal high court in Delta State, presided over by Justice Hyeladzira Nganjiwa, has ruled that Nigerians can record with their digital or other lawful devices, policemen carrying out stop-and-search operations in public spaces.
